Jordyn Taylor and Katherine Liestman have come together to present a joint effort of the literary and visual arts. Their project, a picture book for adults, explores monsters, human emotion, and the delicate balance between dark and light.

Jordyn Taylor is a writer, editor, and aspiring publisher from the Minneapolis/St.Paul Area. She enjoys working across genres and in a variety of styles. Jordyn received her bachelor's degree in English with an emphasis on writing from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota. Her writing has appeared in The Riveter magazine.

Kate Liestman is a graphic designer and illustrator who enjoys creating characters and telling stories through images.
